Ingredients
- 1 (15 count) package frozen phyllo shells
- 1 cup pimento cheese (I love the Palmetto Cheese with jalapenos!)
- 1/3 cup bacon jam
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place shells about 1 inch apart on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop pimento cheese into cups. Top with a spoonful of bacon jam.
- Bake for about 7-10 minutes until bubbly. Serve immediately.
Notes
When I make this recipe, I use the same brands every single time. That doesn't mean you can't use others, but I'll tell you what is a winner for me every time-
- Athens Phyllo Shells (found in the freezer section of your grocery store near the puff pastry)
- Palmetto Cheese
- Kroger's Private Selection Brand Bacon Pepper Jam-- this is an absolutely GOLD find at Kroger. It's similar to a pepper jelly but also has bacon which makes it sweet, smoky, and spicy. 10/10.
